Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

- TVs & LED: 1-year comprehensive warranty on panel and parts.
- Deep Freezers: 1-year comprehensive warranty + compressor warranty as per brand terms.
- ACs: 1-year comprehensive + 5-year compressor warranty as per brand terms.
How to Claim Warranty
- Contact us at our store or via email with your invoice and product details.
- We will coordinate with the brand's authorized service centre on your behalf.
- Repairs are typically completed within 7–14 business days depending on part availability.
